Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it by emailing smile@omnibrush.co.uk. After 24 hours, we typically begin processing your order and may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. Approved cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be refunded within 7 business days.

If you’re not completely satisfied after using omnibrush products for a recommended minimum of 14 days, you may request a return within 60 days of purchase under our money-back guarantee. Please note, shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We package omnibrush products carefully to protect them during delivery. If your product arrives defective or physically broken, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email a clear photo showing the damage to smile@omnibrush.co.uk, and we will assess your eligibility for a replacement at no extra cost.

Please note, damage caused by regular use, wear and tear, or misuse does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Shipping and Delivery

We do our utmost to ensure prompt delivery, but omnibrush cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control. For any delivery-related issues, please contact the courier directly. Omnibrush is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, notify us within 24 hours at smile@omnibrush.co.uk. If we're not informed in time and your order is shipped to an incorrect address, omnibrush will not be able to offer a resend or refund.
